[AOSP][4.3.0] Neon Open Source Project

Hey guys,
we make now our own Rom! Ist our first time we tried to compile a Rom.
It is a pure AOSP Rom with no additional Features, we only use Omni Code for the Kernel & Device Tree ecc


Known Bugs/Issues:
-Voice Dialer doesn't start
-Battery doesn't charge in power-off state
